Born in Montreal in 1985, Juliana Léveillé-Trudel explores various forms of writing: novels (Nirliit and On a tout l’automne, La Peuplade, 2015 and 2022), children's literature (How to Catch a Bear Who Loves to Read, Midnight Ferry to the Library, and Little Hearts on the Snow, Crackboom, 2018, 2022, and 2024, co-written with Andrew Katz), and theatre (Nous ne saurons jamais dire j’habite, Théâtre Pàp and À tour de rôle, 2025). Her work has been translated into English, Spanish, Icelandic, Danish, Basque, and Arabic.
