Marie Jadot

Marie Jadot teaches in the Department of Dutch Studies at Sorbonne University. After studying Germanic languages and literatures at UNamur, KU Leuven, and ULiège, she continued her studies at the University of Liège. As a Dutch language instructor, she shares her passion through courses in linguistics, literature, and translation. Her doctoral dissertation focuses on the musical dimension in contemporary Dutch war literature. As a literary translator from Dutch to French, she has recently translated the poetry of Armando (born Herman Dirk van Dodeweerd) and Alex Deforce.
