POINT OF VIEW A collaborative, participative, creative workshop running throughout the weekend.
A participative - creative - collaborative - workshop presented by La Bûche
A large roll of graph paper. It will bring together a multitude of points of view. Will you come and draw yours?
Visuel point of view

POINT OF VIEW is a participatory workshop that will be open throughout the weekend of the festival. Visitors of the Poetik Bazar are invited to fill in two panels on large shared sheets of paper. Through these two panels, which show two perspectives on reality, they lay the groundwork for a narrative. They can choose to depict a shot-reverse shot in comic strip form, or a close-up and a wide shot of the same scene, or to describe something very precisely in one box and then very vaguely in the second. These are the kinds of exercises that can be used to fill in the boxes. When all the boxes are put together, they form a surreal representation of the different worldviews of the people who participated in the experience.

The workshop will reflect the diversity of Poetik Bazar visitors’ perspectives, their varied life experiences, ages, backgrounds, and poetic themes.

Agnès Michel

Agnès Michel studied trompe-l’œil painting in Brussels as well as cinematography. A clumsy Columbo with a surprisingly hit-or-miss success rate, we can still detect a trend in her art: making homemade films, writing and illustrating texts with lots of commas, and doodling in the back of a bistro. She is currently working on finishing her first graphic novel in Marseille.
