Presentations

The aim of the meeting is to strengthen relations between authors and publishers. To this end, representatives from a number of publishing houses / poetry magazines come to present their editorial line, their catalog, the types of projects they are looking for, and the process of a manuscript.

The speakers:

Mélanie Godin, L’arbre de Diane
Director
L’arbre de Diane is an independent Belgian poetry publishing house, founded in 2015 by Mélanie Godin. It explores literature in all its forms—written, oral, and multimedia—and investigates its connections with other disciplines.

Matthieu Corpataux, Revue l’Epître
Director
L’Épître is a literary journal created by Matthieu Corpataux in 2013 in Fribourg, Switzerland, and professional since 2018. Its aim is to encourage writing for everyone and to promote living literatures through print and online publications as well as through the organization of numerous events: writing workshops, public readings, literary exhibitions, performances, residencies, and school-based mediation. It received the CIIP Livre+ Grant (2021–2023) as well as the Régis de Courten Prize (2023).

Adrien Tournier, L’Oie de Cravan
European Sales Director
Since 1992, L’Oie de Cravan has been offering unique, beautiful, and affordable books that carry poetry in all its forms—poetically meaningful works in which text and object harmonize. Often unclassifiable, its poetry is hybrid and borderless, vibrant and surprising, sometimes raw but always finely crafted.

Benoît Vanbeselaere, Association of Publishers of Hauts-de-France
Coordinator
Since 2000, the Association of Publishers of Hauts-de-France has been bringing together publishing houses across the entire region. With 58 member publishers, its mission is to develop, promote, and represent them. The association embodies the dynamism and diversity of regional publishing and supports the profession through various initiatives and actions.
