Let's start the day gently, with music, poetry and presence. "For the heart" is a gentle open mic/concert: lying down, resting, listening and sharing. Bring a mat, blanket or cushion, and a quote, poem or song lyric, in the language of your choice. Everyone is welcome.

Indra Diallo
Indra Diallo is driven by a deep desire for change. Through music, workshops, and dedicated programs, the goal is to foster reconnection — to the self, to one's core, and to one's roots — in order to shed light on how to move forward. By strengthening the connection between heart and mind, the brain functions more clearly, enabling more aligned and conscious actions.
Indra Diallo has developed a strong understanding of human behavior, systems, and dynamics. This path now intertwines with over three years of practice in harp therapy, along with valuable experience working with individuals affected by dementia, Alzheimer’s disease, and acquired brain injuries.
Indra has been playing the pedal harp, Celtic harp, and therapeutic harp for over eleven years.
