Alexandre Lecoultre is a writer of prose and poetry. He was born in 1987 in French-speaking Switzerland and lives in Bern. In 2021, he received the Swiss Literature Prize for his novel *Peter und so weiter* (L’Âge d’Homme, 2020; reissued by La Veilleuse in 2023). He has staged his texts as part of musical performances and collaborated with the artist Claire Nicole on the artist’s books *Pépins de pomme* (Le Cadratin, 2020) and *Geste* (Couleurs d’encre, 2023). He has also translated poetry from Spanish into French. His work has appeared in various journals in Switzerland and France. He leads writing workshops with middle school classes as part of the Roman d’école project.
