Anne-Lise Remacle lives in Brussels. Formerly a children’s bookseller, she is now a journalist (including for Focus Vif, Le Carnet & Les Instants, and Karoo), a moderator of literary events, and a bridge-builder in the literary world. She is particularly interested in short forms, off-format works, poetry, and the collision between text and image. Since 2019, she has been coordinating the Seneffe translation and writing residency for Passa Porta, aimed at promoting Francophone Belgian literature.
